Born and raised in Mechanicsville, Kellie has proudly called Virginia home her entire life. A graduate of Lee-Davis High School and Virginia Tech, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal and Poultry Science, Kellie’s foundation has always been rooted in discipline, dedication, and service. With over 20 years in competitive cheerleading, including four years as a collegiate athlete for Virginia Tech, she developed the leadership, resilience, and work ethic that continue to shape her professional success.
Before entering the real estate industry, Kellie spent a few years as a veterinary assistant, where she cultivated the patience, compassion, and attention to detail that have become hallmarks of her leadership style. In 2020, she transitioned into the title industry, where she quickly established herself as a driven and versatile professional with a passion for both client service and operational excellence.
Kellie brings a unique blend of financial expertise, operational leadership, and hands-on closing experience to her role. As a licensed title producer, appointed by Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of every facet of the business, from financial management and strategic growth to settlement coordination and client relations. Her ability to seamlessly navigate multiple roles within the organization makes her an invaluable resource to clients, agents, lenders, and team members alike.
With family in the real estate industry, Kellie grew up with real estate in her blood. As a homeowner herself, she understands both the excitement and the emotions involved in buying and selling a home. Combined with her positive energy, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence, Kellie is known for creating a seamless experience while building lasting relationships throughout every transaction.
Outside of the office, Kellie is a proud dog mom to two energetic Labrador Retrievers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local restaurants, traveling, and making memories with her pups.
