Born and raised in Mechanicsville, Kellie has called Virginia home her entire life. Graduating from Lee Davis High School, with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal and Poultry Science at Virginia Tech, she has spent over 17 years involved in competitive cheer. As a 4-year collegiate athlete cheering for VT football and basketball, she mastered the importance of discipline and strong work ethic, which she brings to her service role at Journey. Her 4 years as a veterinary assistant taught Kellie the patience and compassion it takes to help guide home buyers and sellers on their real estate journey. Passionate about learning and continuing to challenge herself, Kellie chose to redirect her career path over the summer of 2020 and moved into the title industry. She is now a licensed title producer, appointed by Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
With family in the industry, Kellie grew up with real estate in her blood. A homeowner herself, Kellie also understands the emotions involved in the buying process. That experience, combined with her always-cheerful demeanor, makes her the perfect person to help customers and agents on the path to buying or selling a home.
Kellie is a loving dog mom, with a very spoiled, energetic black Lab. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends visiting breweries in Scott’s Addition, relaxing at the river, watching some Netflix, and of course, playing with her pup.
